Temporary Neighbourhood Update - Sept 2025 Our neighbour is currently rebuilding, so there may be some construction activity and noise between 7am – 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Evenings and nights are quiet. The property remains safe, fully private and a comfortable base.

Hello dear guest! Easy house rules for a safe and relaxing stay. All guests at the property agree to follow the rules: 1. Please do not knock on the front property. We are not on site. 2. Please wash used cups and dishes when you check out. 3. No smoking inside the property. 4. Please be considerate of noise levels, especially at night. 5. Notify host of any issues or damages immediately. 6. If there is an emergency such as a fire or flooding, please follow the evacuation diagram. 7. Check out on time. Late check out may incur $120 in extra charges. 8. Excessive rubbish removal or cleaning required will incur $100 in additional cleaning costs.

Less than 10 minute drive to nearby parks and outdoor recreation: - Georges River National park (popular for jetski) - Indoor sports centre & aquatic centre - Kelso Park and Beach Reserve (Softball, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis and Cricket grounds) - Lambeth Reserve Boardwalk 15 min drive to major shopping precincts - Bankstown, Hurstville.

Monte and Eleonor were gracious hosts who were attentive to my needs and eager to please. This even extended to them creating a video for me in order to clarify the operation of an unusual lock. The Cosy Garden Cottage was indeed that as the expanses of glass in the cottage drew the sunlight in to create a bright, homely feeling. Furthermore, the garden enhanced a greater sense of freedom by allowing one to dine ‘al fresco’ or permitting one to lie in the hammock and view the stars or watch the clouds pass by. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay of three weeks at The Cosy Garden Cottage. Thank you Monte and Eleonor.
