Please do not knock on the front house, we do not live there.

Please wash used cups and dishes when you check out. 3. No smoking inside the property. 4. Please be considerate of noise levels, especially at night. 5. Notify host of any issues or damages immediately. 6. If there is an emergency such as a fire or flooding, please follow the evacuation diagram. 7. Check out on time. Late check out may incur $120 in extra charges. 8. Excessive rubbish removal or cleaning required will incur $100 in additional cleaning costs.
