Return keys to lockbox. Misplaced, damaged or lost keys will incur a $200 fee. Damaged or lost linen and towels will incur a charge of $30 per item. No smoking inside. A $500 fee applies. No parties allowed. Respect the quiet hours or you will be evicted immediately. Wash and dry any used utensils. Dirty items will incur a $50 charge. Park in your designated space and at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle during your stay. Late check-out or early check-in without permission will result in additional fees at the rate of 1 night. Guest must follow evacuation signs to a safe place and remove yourself from harm's way. You must report all incidents to your host immediately.

Terrific little apartment, just what we needed and so close to everything. Short walk to an amazing bakery for coffee and croissants, Spice Alley and Kensington St five minutes away for dinner, and close to trains and buses for all of Sydney access. Thanks for having us stay!
